Thank you for shopping with us at Gaming Clothes and Decals. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’d like to help and you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

Returns Process

To return an item, please email customer service at

All returns must be received within 28 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any original tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note we cannot accept returns or process refunds for sale items, downloadable virtual products or personalised items

Upon receiving your item, we will check that you are eligible for a refund and notify you via email. Once we have notified you on whether you are eligible, we will process the refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the postage cost. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
